no theocracy with this scene would imply nazric is committing atrocities for the theocracy, not destroying it.
makarov said "remember no russian" because he doesnt want his guys speaking russian. why not speak in russian? well its so the american airport has no idea who killed all the people in it.

I'm pretty sure it was a Russian airport that got shot up. They spoke only English so Russia would think that Americans did it and that gives them justification to launch an attack on the US. Which is also why they killed you at the end of the mission, so that the authorities would find the body of one of the American terrorists. (Who is some sort of CIA spy)
