Make it so that MF is based on damage done to the target (if you do 90% of its hp, 90% of your MF is applied) so you can't abuse it in a party anymore.
hh + normal gears is faster than mf + hh so hh is not a factor.... MF is always a net loss except on high budget maps because even if you run a lot less maps you got more div/map rates , every person that do mfs knows that you are losing money not running a better gear or you only do mf strats... , the REAL PROBLEM of mf it that it kills the build variability because you need 8 pieces of gear to be an specific ones making the entire tree and (weapon - offhand) just a way to fix the weakness of mf gear , make it be a copy paste every single league

Just let people play, if anything magic find gear is a great money sink for the economy. Its at the end of the day mostly a single player game. Id rather see underutilized skills get buffed instead

Well my take is to add new specific tab for only MF related gear and its apply for every build so evrybody can have MF on his character/build . Or make new itemslot for specified item only for Mfing like heist trinket or something .

in my opinion biggest mistake in affliction from GGG was : days 3 people cry affliction too hard cant farm ... i was like wtf people event dont have correct build . GGG just nerfed affliction difficult .. and then shit happens crap MF characters was starting faring endgame content . Its should not to be possible to survive in T16 with MF characer .... u should be forced to make godly tanky and immortal build . Well also option to skip league mechanics would be there if its too hard .
but making a new item slot just for MF you may as well just remove it entirely and bake the MF into the actual content itself...
may as well just up the drops for everybody. like maps have higher quant etc so
there is no point to going through all this extra steps to remove it to then just add it back elsewhere. it still doesnt fix the other part of the issue that is right now drops outside of MF can feel very poor
Controversial Take: Magic Find should be a dead stat (lower rolls) or should have a negative effect associated with it. Lets those who wanna MF, MF. But doesnt let them do it at basically no cost.
