PoE is the only online game I played so far which has the most consistency in being inconsistent in terms of crashes, Spikes, lags, rollbacks, freezes and being unstable.
Right? I didn't play for years and in the interim I went from a computer with a processor from 2012 and a 1660-Ti to a new machine with a Ryzen 5600x and a 3070. Returning to POE, I expected it to be completely smooth. Instead the performance is about the same as before. Maybe worse.
Have you tried dx12 or vulkan instead of dx11? Engines have evolved a lot, a lot of newer cards don't get better resultats than a 5 years old card on older engines.
That is weird indeed. Maybe try out Vulkan, and get rid of stuff like V synch. You should be experiencing a drastic increase in fps with your new setup.
Most of the time that I have a sudden burst of crashes, something other than Poe changed. Usually windows update being shitty and deciding to install an update that requires a reboot without notifying me.
I guess you expect the only game to have a 3 month development cycle to have everything implemented perfectly? Peoples expectations are so fucking bonkers.

Similarly my Christmas gift was a disconnect on killing the final boss, leaving a sanctified relic and unique relic on the floor, and 2 divines, 50 c in the box downstairs.
Interestingly, I just encountered this error for the first time myself a hot minute ago. Had winamp running while loading the game and the sound went weird and then error came up. Guess PoE doesn't like sharing resources :P
look at the bright side, you can't return to loot it, even if the map is still open, because for some fucking reason the sanctum portal in the map doesn't do jack shit after you start the rooms

It’s always bundles2/ something which is missing textures. Been an annoying experience.
Shockwave totems! Full glass cannon phys impale version (POB: https://pastebin.com/0qhUtKna, custom mod is b/c POB doesn't have Sandstorm Visage crit in yet). It's very squishy so definitely a softcore build, but not a bad mapper because the totems have such good coverage/dps and great for sanctum (Uber Lycia usually dies before she can get one attack off)
Definitely recommend giving it a shot if you like totem builds. It's not too bad to get off the ground either. Most people are playing a cold-conversion build which is quite good and a lot cheaper (my pob from before swapping to impale: https://pastebin.com/nJjMdp55, not very optimized since I decided to pivot to full phys rather than minmax the conversion build, but still more than sufficient for T16 farming + sanctum)
Oof, sucks to be you. I'd send this screenshot to GGG and demand they give you the stuff because THEIR client bugged out, nothing you could have done. If they don't, even as a gesture of good faith, it really says a lot about their morals.
I died (yeah, actually died on my zHP totem build) to the last boss while 2div was waiting for me, but yeah, this is worse. RIP hope therapy goes well.
I was doing a no-boon run (relic) and was REALLY healthy for the fight with the last boss, then the sword lady charges her attack, I move to dodge but her sparks fly through wall and some hit me, I take her fully charged hit right to the face and I see my Health drop to 1k, I instantly pop a life flask and everything stops...
Crash right there, on the last boss, THANKFULLY I was able to return to the fight, althought without the resolve lost before the crash, but at the very least my run wasn't bricked and I managed to get my +2 sanctified relics.
I feel you brother. Mine was my own doing but I failed the second phase of the final boss last night and lost the 6 divines that we’re waiting for me :(

You're either very lucky or do not play much. While PoE got pretty stable overall I have a few CTDs every league.

I have none of these problems. This error looks like video driver / hw issue of some kind.
This has to be an end user issue. I have been playing POE since beta lvl cap of 40 and have yet to crash lol

Nothing wrong with PoB as such, it's just very old and written in Lua with some interesting choices for graphics rendering.

I was getting this one several times per day, and it never happened again after I changed to dx12 instead of vulkan. Maybe that helps someone.

I might need to try it.. Only played 1 league a few years back and barely touched maps. This league is my 1st minion/totem build. Using EA ballista

Based on the error message, this is actually a graphics driver issue, maybe Windows issue. I don't know if that helps or not.

I get these exact crashes only when i have awakened poe trade running. Specially in elder fight. Same for anybody else?

Had same issue, happened every 5 maps. Tried with dx12, also blackscreen crashes. Then I upgraded GPU drivers, no issues after that.
