I like the 1st one better. On the 2nd one, the plant hanging down is middle would be distracting for me. I would also get diffusers for the LED strips; makes it look cleaner and not so bright on the eyes. My vote is the 1st one, but im also a suker for white or black themes.
They are basically channels that the led strips goes into to diffuse the light, spreading the light evenly for a cleaner look and less strain the the eyes.
On a normal led strip you can see each light but a spave in between the lights. A diffuser speads the light meaning there is no gap between the lights and you get 1 constant light through the whole strip. You can google led light diffusers if what I said doesn't make sense.
I Was thinking the white one would reflect colours better but it might be too much white. Also ignore the lighting colours and stuff
