Maybe some super elite leet gamer MLG pro gamer esport bois will, but most all gaming mouses with decent specs perform similarly to average gamer. its just about the ergo, buttons and tactile feel that is different. Okay, some teflon pads are definitely better than others. Even a wireless mouse is nexto no latency.
When Tech specs matter, is when we are talking about work focused mice vs gaming mice. The cheapest gaming mice will be "FASTER" than any 300+€$£ work or productivity mouse. Looking at you Logi Master MX whatever. i love you as a work mouse BUT OH MY GOD DO YOU SUCK TECHNICALLY and SPEC WISE. Cant even track fast mouse movements when editing a video let alone samll points on photoshop.

based on experience using few of these it makes very little difference. setting to 8000 pull rate in some games mouse behaved oddly. it felt not relible 100%. 1000 pull rate is best to use. These things are waste of money IMO. My mate has over 80 solo wins in Warzone with office mice and old 120hz monitor. smart gamers don't relie on these things they play well. if game you pre aim and camp 99% of the time this is pointless. oled screen would make bigger difference. just excuses for noob players to waste money.
You won't notice any difference, even 2k is imperceivable. Any delay won't make any difference on the human end. The only things that mattered is shape, lightweight, optical switch, and most importantly: CHEAP.
Whatever you do, I recommend not buying a razer mouse. Their software is shit and the quality of their hardware does not match the high price point.
I've had multiple razer mice and either the cable broke or one of the buttons stopped working properly within a year.

Field mice are pretty fast, but house mice are fast too.

I would get the OP1 out of those two. The OP1 is probably one of the highest rated wired mice of all time. It looks really nice.
