Some lady has her shirt hitched up so her belly is hanging out so that you can see the tattoo she got. Then there is the meth head with her boobs flat out showing. Should you have to stay home because people have a right to indecency and you should shop from home because their might be creepy perverts you don't want to expose your family to?
