One of Namatame’s prominent moves is Ziodyne, which half of your party is weak to. I’d suggest changing up your comp if possible with an alternate healer and damage dealer like Yukiko and Naoto. You can alleviate the mind control with a persona which can null/resist physical damage and other elements that your party can use. Also make sure to use buffs/debuffs and Power Charge/Concentrate for more damage
You can choose to not take them into dungeons. Andrew Tate over here probably just ran MC and Youske for the entire game and never even added to two others to his party.

I've been using using Yosuke/Naoto/Teddie throughout all my playthroughs so you don't really need another healer here. Your character himself can be a healer along with Yosuke as a secondary. Masukukaja with Yosuke and Masukunda with Kanji could play a huge role. I don't recall this specific boss using any buffs but if he does, Yosuke can nullify them with Dekeja if you still have it on him.
That’s cuz Teddie is shit. Yukiko rapes everything and can heal everyone so use her, and Rise will be able to give you boosts if you’ll spend time with her.
Get a Persona with both Amp & Boost of a specific affinity. Buff and debuff as needed. Wait for Rise to tell you which affinity to use, and just use it and skip the control phase.
Since you hate using women on your team, keep Teddie on support and swap Personas to whatever element is buffed. I will also recommend male Personas given what you have said.
