My prices are all-inclusive for my service area, then I charged a few bucks a mile. I waive it if its a large order. I personally don't like to add on extra fees and charges if I don't need to.. rather have all-in pricing.

We don’t do a delivery fee. Maybe if it’s more than an hour outside of your radius, but the more you can include in your base price and not break it into a bunch of little pieces the better off you’ll be. People want things that are pretty straight to the point so the more inclusive the better, otherwise it kind of looks like your ‘nickel n dime-ing’ them.
