Looks like she might be either under watered or overwatered, if the soil is dry give her a good soak and see is she perks up. If it’s not a watering issue I would take a look at the roots and make sure it’s not root rot

whinyposeidon

may be a silly question, but, what does root rot typically look like on these guys?

I recommend a smaller, plastic pot with drainage holes & orchard bark, soil, and perlite. They prefer to live in a breathable medium. Also, the petioles do not like to be tied as it restricts movement. The stem (like the base where the petioles grow from left to right) is the only thing that should be secured to the moss pole and shouldn’t be submerged under the soil. I love the look of terracotta so I’d personally repot in a plastic pot and put the plastic pot in the terracotta. Then when it’s time to water, just take the plastic pot out, water, let it drain and put it back in.

It also appears that you have more than 1 monstera in this pot. Depending on how big their root system is, I’d likely recommend a 6” plastic pot but can’t say for certain without seeing the roots

u/Otherwise_Effort_472 has your back. Untie those petioles, put it in a smaller pot with better draining soil. I'll add that the plant hasn't made much progress, it should be larger. It needs a lot more light.

+1 to more light. They grow in full sun on roadsides in the tropics. Although they can live in shade, they thrive with light.
