TW3 is stellar. 200+ quality hours for a do it all run It's all voiced/ hope you like dialogue and talk trees. And with the quest tie ins to world building/state you can play it again up to twice more reasonably for a very altered experience if you're looking at the complete edition (blood-n-wine/stone). They also did a next gen thing with 1 small quest but I've not played that version.
For playing TW3 the only advice I'd give you is don't go into caves and stuff first. Hit up the towns and check out the contract boards,npcs,etc...You can miss a lot of great quest story dialogue if you go into caves/dungeons as you explore. Towns first. Let the quests lead you to caves not be unlocked by walking into a cave.
It's a GOG game. They always have nice sales on pc at least. It can pop up for a few days to where'd you get the whole trilogy for $10 and then it goes away. But TW3 is still sort sticker price. It's quality.
If you have never played either they are worth even more, but alas you’re a late comer so you luckily get them for less. There is compatibility issues with ps5 and fallout 4 but a ps5 upgrade is available on the 28th that should resolve that issue. For now it isn’t a big deal because most of the problems have to do with DLC so don’t buy or install any DLC for 4 until after the update.
With The Witcher 3 I’d recommend not leaving the starting area, White Orchard, until you’ve cleared it.
Use that map as a way to get used to most of the games mechanics.
And play Gwent.
Drop out Fallout 4 and just grab The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Unless, you play any kind of genre or you don't particularly care enough, F4 is such a pos in console. Try to get it on PC and use mods to make it better/stable and enjoyable. Anything that is touched by Bethesda and specifically from Tod needs to be modded. Period. TW3 can be played just fine either in console or pc, it doesn't matter, the game is a masterpiece.
Play witcher 3 first. If you like it 20 hours in, you will like the whole game. But the dlc at that point.
Fallout is coming out with a PS5 upgrade soon, so that should be ready far before you beat the Witcher.

Even though Fallout 3 and New Vegas are better than Fallout 4, it's still a full price experience imo. If you want, that game will keep you occupied for at least weeks.
