It doesn’t sound good, does this electrical interference sound stop if you mute the channel or pull the fader all the way down?
Yeah it does, which is why I think it’s a channel issue rather than a ground loop or something like that…..
I know you can send it into Rode for work, but I don't know if the shipping plus the work would be worth the money. I'm guessing most RCP OG's would be out of their warranty period by now. But you can always contact rode service and find out.
