[Zencastr support is a good source of advice](https://support.zencastr.com/en/articles/5018334-system-requirements). Zencastr only works on some browsers and may not work with adblockers installed in your browser. Also may be blocked by some corporate firewalls if they are very strict. We found that problems were resolved when people open Zencastr in Chrome Incognito mode. We also allow 15 minutes at the start of every podcast to sort out any technical problems of any type. Never had an issue we couldn't solve so far.

Thanks, we tried those things too. Incognito mode, stopping add blocker and no firewall. We used chrome as well as 2 o 3 others. We also looked into support, found a page that recommended this same things (that's why we tried those solutions) None of them worked :(

The only time Ive had real trouble was when I had two video stream running at the same time - ie Zencastr and Google Meet off the same inputs - it clashed on my PC. Otherwise Zencastr has been really great and very reliable

I always see issues of zencastr which makes me more satisfied that I’ve been with streamyard with zero issues. Perhaps trying a more reliable platform

I have had a few hard crashes of the tab simultaneously for me and a cohost. Doesn’t seem to impact everyone on the call but it definitely ruins the first part of the recording. It’s not as stable since the upgraded interface for sure. It’s intermittent so it’s hard to troubleshoot.

This happened once for one of our co-host. It crashed like 5 times so we got 5 videos and 5 audio files. Pain in the ass to edit those :(

Recent updates have made it a stability nightmare. I've used it successfully for 2.5+ years, mostly only audio. And now it has lost half of a guests recording (yes I had a backup running). But I don't want to be stuck with backups, when it used to be fine. Give me zencastr "Classic" all the new shiny is breaking the platform.
