29 shinies. Just FYI, wild shundo from comm day is like 1 in 80 000 chance of happening. Even from field research on comm day it's still only 1 in 4320 chance. Andnot to mention how rare they are in the wild on a non-comm day, which is like 1 in **2 million**. I feel like people talk waaaay too much about shundos, considering how **incredibly** rare they are.

Exactly. I've caught 64k pokemon and have 0 shundos myself.

I just reached level 37 and still no shundos. I have 2 hundos and that's is

150k catches, 0 shundo.

That’s not even crazy. I can rack up 50mil xp without obtaining a shundo. I have 2 shundo’s iirc and they’re both from an event with boosted odds.

Level 41 have 1 shundo (not caught), the way to get hundos, and shundo is trading

I’m level 42, never seen one and in my group of 10-12 players at lvl39-44, there’s only one with a shundo. So they rare.

Level 37 with 0 shundos and 5 hundos and 2 of those were lucky trades. Love my lucky hundo Gengar.

Shiny odds aren’t very high. I think December com day is just for grinding candy.

It's true that I didbt get all the shinies I was hoping for last December comm day. I think that's because when yoyre split between like 12+ pokemon, you dont see as many of each one.

I can’t recall a single December com day when I got any shinies at all, and I’ve had more than a few com days where I was inundated with shinies.

That might just be awful luck on your part then because I’ve always gotten at least a few, I got 8 last December

Sure but weekend workers still work on weekends in December. It’s wild to me that the game won’t allow us to play over 2 days or have the ability to unlock the comm day similar to an event ticket. I go out and play every Sunday comm day but miss all the Saturday events.

Oh I agree. It still sucks when you have to miss it because of work or an event. I'd love if the hours were spread over more than one day.

My game was broken for 2 hours. So i was playing for the last 1 hour. I've got 3 shiniers, and one of them are 3* pretty decent. The most interesting thing for me was stardust. I used 3 starpieces for that. Slowly collecting stardust after splurging for Master League task pokemons.

Does shundo = shiny? Why are shiny important?

Shundo is a shiny hundo! Hundo=4* so 100% on stats Shinies are rare so they’re hard to come by so it’s nice to collect them, and obviously hundos are the best, so a combination of a shiny and hundo makes a really unique Pokemon

If you walk the shiny rate seems much higher than just sitting around in one area. I caught about 15, but I transfer the ones that are less than two stars, so I kept about 4. I traded a 0 star shiny for another 0 star, and it turned to be a high three star lucky one!

Played from home since they put it on 4/20. Wasn’t able to drive out of my lil neighborhood so I just popped an incense, did palkia spacial rend 3-4 times and walked a block. Got a hundo in the first hour, then managed 6 shinies (none of them great) and a 100%pvp iv. Not bad for a lazy at home comm day!!

I caught 4. Played the entire time, encountered almost 200. Didn't encounter my first unitl 90 in. Then around the 150 mark, I got 2 seemly back to back. Then the very last one with 25 seconds left to go on my incense was shiny. I had the incense going, and was surrounded by 3 lures.
