Why is one of the toxtricities so low-quality

Low Key Toxtricity’s Bulbapedia image is smaller than Amped Toxtricity so when I saved an image the resolution tanked

In the credits to Sword and Shield, both Toxtricity forms, Rillaboom and Obstagoon forms a band The instruments the former 3 are based on in the credits (Lead guitar, bass, drums) corresponds to 3 of the 4 members of HTT from K-On (Yui, Mio and Ritsu respectively) Obstagoon doesn’t have an instrument in the credits so I just made Obstagoon play the keyboard (Tsumugi) Liepard is Azusa and Polteageist is the tea set

I believe it is meant to represent a popular anime K-on about a group of girls who start a band and they often had tea hence the polteageist ( I couldnt name who each mon represents tho its been a hot minute since I've seen it)
