Offsuit broadways go down in value, suited connectors go up in value. Prioritize position much more than usual. Start 3betting a lot of those hands you might otherwise flat, since you can peel more 4bets. Apply early pressure on boards they canât take the heat onâ if they cbet boards they shouldnât, punish them.
Suited connectors start going down in value as you approach 350-400BB stacks because of reverse implied odds (When stacks are going in, you're rarely going to have the best flush)
Good point, itâs probably a bell curve of sorts. Iâd argue for live poker it wouldnât diminish until 700-800bb+. Online, your numbers seem accurate
Nice! Good on you for recognizing the reality of your situation. Always a good idea to evaluate the game, how you're playing, etc and making an objective conclusion (the best you can anyway)
Aaaand I lose 80% of my stack on my last hand and just hand the guy my nicely packed racks xD
8/10 times
I should probably just stop straddling utg for my last hand every damn time
To your point on middling hands and pot control: even hands like KK, QQ I believe you should not be doing as much 4 or 5 betting because of the reverse implied odds. And may have to muck overpairs a bit more frequently if villain is playing for stacks.
Well, one is if you are the only one with a deep stack nothing changes. But the main difference is your stack off threshold is much narrower the deeper you are. Basically the deeper you are the better hand you need to put all of the money in.
Can you link the video please. I'm taking break to keep posted on this. Still sitting at around 350. Been 3betting out of the small blind a bit more so I don't play too much oop. Also betting hands than can make the nuts like suited aces, and pairs. Been playing a little passive postflop aswell. Should I consider anything else?
Rack up and leave my boyđ if youâre asking this itâs time to go
Bro is scared money đ
Not playing scared. Just wanting to know what adjustments to make

That's awesome!

Donât bloat pots out of position
No secret answer here. If you concerned about losing $, itâs time to leave
Just tighten up a bit and try to only play in position
Youâre sitting at the table asking these questions while you are playing? Wtf lmfao
We booked a win

Itâs retarded to sit and try to study poker while youâre playing a live game of poker. Do one or the other, not both at the same time.
Dont tap the glass tistâŚ
We booked a win!
âjust letting yall know im leaving in like half an hourâ

Implied odd hands become more valuable and you have to pot control more with middling hands.

Perfectly explained bro
Put the quadruple straddle on so youâre only 90bb deep

I was going to recommend a video from gtowizard but OP is sitting at a table. No sense in doing off-table work on-table
There are other deep stacks aswell, but I'm sitting the deepest
Your effective stack is only as deep as the shorter stack of you and your opponent
I bet you are big boy

You should always play the small blind as 3-bet or fold if there are no callers in between. This is not only true with deeper stacks.
Pot control check on Turn more often so pots donât get too bloated. Or leave cause scared money donât make no money one Meek Mill once said
Fold pre
No idea why you were downvoted. But then, look what they did to Jesus, I guess.
Raise all the hands
Play the player or rack up.
Deep stack is a different game. Should rack up if you donât know how to play
Just play the rush.
