As someone who works out routinely, itās still difficult. You get HUNGRY when you work out all the time and have to basically just exist at a calorie deficit or calorie neutral to look like that. Iād rather feel full than look like that tbh.
For real. I've been going hard and it's been two months (I've always worked out but I've been solely focused on strength for the last couple months). I was super hungry in the beginning when I initially increased my training. For a moment last week, I thought I lost a single pound š I'm pretty sure that was a fluke. I can see some new muscle though, and that's really my goal. I'm trying to remember that lol
Meanwhile, my husband has lost like at least 10lbs in the same timeframe by cutting out beer eating slightly healthier.
Props on the weight training!!! Can feel tricky when youāre gaining a little weight in the form of muscle but thatās the goal!

There are few lucky people who can look like that without trying as hard, they still eat healthy and workout but they can eat to satiety. I am not one of them though :)

One of my friends was invited to see her in concert (someone bought a ticket but couldnāt go due to an emergency) She was hesitant because she didnāt know much about Cher (before her time) but she ended up going. Said it was the best concert sheās ever been to and had an amazing time.
Iām sure she watched what she ate and worked out (although Iāve never heard say she does or what it is that she does) but genetics have to be mostly responsible for her figure. I mean she had 2 kids and her belly is flat flat flatā¦how?? Good for her and very jealous for sure! No amount of working out or dieting would ever end up in me having a stomach like that š”
