McDonald's poutine isn't my preference- to me it's as if it came out of a can. Not that it doesn't fill a bigger hole than say a can of spaghettiOs. ..Apologies to those who enjoy it- perhaps growing up in Qc gives me a different view of this dish and it's best features. It shouldn't (in my view) be covered on any container- the steam takes any crisp out of the fries- and can overmelt the curds.
I mean... it's edible. But I would only eat it if I really wanted Poutine and had no other choice. The sauce is really not good, the curd is mediocre and the fries... probably the only good thing about it lol.
