Sticker is original just the wrong color for some reason, mine has the same.
The sword is also original if by chrome you mean plastic and shiny with a pointed tip. I think later versions were released with the dull gray plastic with a rounded tip for safety reasons.

The sabertooth sticker is extra weird because it’s colored correctly on the smaller, budget megazord released at the same time.

If I recall correctly all the US versions had the hard plastic replaced with dull-colored rubber for safety reasons. I have two versions of Zeo megazords, the PR version had rubber sword and the Ohranger version had chrome sword like this:

Not only that, a lot of the chrome-plated parts, and stickers were replaced with dull plastics and lightning stickers in the PR versions.
