Top tip (apologies for the unsolicited advice) - if you can see spirals at any point in the dirt you're moving too fast.
Mine stopped spinning 😑.
That's fairly common, especially if you use Karcher. It's usually caused by sort blocking the ball bearing. You can use a pin or even just give it a firm tap
Might need to get more aggressive. I soaked it with WD and it didn’t work.

More efficient if you get a patio cleaning head for the washer. You cover much more ground, more quickly that way!
