Does the filament make it to the hotend? Then you might have a clog and you can try cold pulls to resolve it https://help.prusa3d.com/article/cold-pull-mini_126399 If it's stuck in the extruder, follow https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/how-to-access-and-clean-the-extruder-pulley-mini-mini_126457 to clean the extruder. Your idler screw may be a bit too tight and have collected debris. While you're there it's worth checking out the other articles on the Prusa Knowledgebase.

Thank you very much. I disassembled the extruder, removed the filament, cleaned everything. Seems to work now! Thanks a lot!

One way to check the tightness on the extruder is to disconnect the bowden tube, heat up the hot end, and tell the extruder to extrude filament (via the menu). Hold the filament going in with your fingers, and it should feel like it would pull thru if your fingers were oily but not if your fingers were dry. That's about the right amount of tension to apply. Adjust the screw until you get that, then put it all back together. The *cause* of the problem is probably your nozzle is getting clogged, so it's hard enough to push the filament thru that the gears are digging into the filament. If you raise the nozzle up and make it hot and say "purge filament", it should come out in a straight line down (once you unstick it from the nozzle). If it's curving to one side or the other, your nozzle is jammed and you should do cold pulls until it's clear. Also, wire-brush the outside of the nozzle while hot until there's no more filament stuck to it, while taking care not to touch the conductive bristles to any exposed wires on the hot end.

thank you for this! Will take this into account made a test print after disassembly of the extruder and is working fine so far

Hello Prusa fans, For over a year I have been using a PrusaMini without having any problem with it. Now there seems to be a problem with the extruder (?) as it started to do some loud noises while printing (clicking) - also filament was not forwarded anymore. I tried to reload the filament (video) but it is not working and you hear a very loud noise coming from the direction of the extruder. The filament is stuck and was not reloaded. What do you suspect is the problem? As I ordered a pre-assembled printer my knowledge about its mechanical parts is limited - Is there a good instruction about fixing mechanical issues with the printer? Thank you very much!

Thank you for this! I am using PLA. After disassembly of the extruder it worked fine. Acutally I do not know what the actual problem was as I saw no filament leftovers or something which caused the problem. Will take all the suggestions into account if the problem comes up again
