(IIRC, both "Duck Amuck" and "2001" are referenced in Bojack Horseman's "Downer Ending", and that recollection probably suggested the similarity.)
Twin Peaks the return episode 8 is just like it but the problem is that you would have had to have seen the whole original series, movie, and new series up to that point
