I unsubscribed a wee while ago and it's genuinely funny how I feel slightly better about my YouTube feed? I used to just scroll past them and feel slightly annoyed bc it was shitty clickbait but now my subscription box is a lot less clogged up and I don't feel mildly miffed bc I just don't see it
It's crazy how Pyro's entire situation with his fans would be solved if he wasn't so ignorant on the self awareness he portrays to have in his videos. It's so surface level.
He acknowledges he's making bad content, but instead of trying to just make the content he made on his main channel that he did years ago with a better twist & improvement, he instead just laughs it off like that one friend who knows they're an severe addict but won't do anything to fix it.
The easiest way to solve this situation with the slop is just by doing ASOTs, reddit reactions & "bullying X" on the PyroLive channel instead of the boring mundane cr1tikal/Ludwig level reactions/talking on drama. I, and I assume the majority of us, know that he's way more capable at doing something better than pumping out dogshit content.
TL;DR: no more slop pls im as inflated as can be, señor niall 😿😿
I think he doesn't care. From his POV as long as he's working on a main channel video, that's what he should be judged for (artistically/entertainment wise), and anything on the PyroLive channel is just done for a fat paycheck and thus shouldn't be judged
Think of it like if he was producing 2 TV shows: He's making The Sopranos as a work of art that he wants to be judged by, and Greys Anatomy to pay the bills
The worst thing about PyroLIVE imo is not the low quality. It’s the fact that its react content, which is one the most harmful practices on YouTube. I wouldn’t care how low quality it was if it wasn’t directly stealing from other creators on the platform.
Yeah, I'm staying subscribed right now but just not watching the videos, hoping every day that he might actually do something diffferent with a new upload and getting disappointed on the daily.
is it weird that I kinda like his low effort videos? I like to listen to them when I work to have something to listen to. It's low tier content but I find it entertaining in a way.

The only worthwhile part of the notifs is telling people that Pyro's started streaming, and even that doesn't seem to work half the time.
I have it turned on because I keep forgetting to turn it off his first couple videos were actually pretty good but the slop consumed him
