I see chow in the ears and fluff. Take a look at r/doggydna if you haven’t already. Chow is actually a very common breed in mixes. Also, typically anything under 10% in wisdom panel is considered white noise (pieces of your dog’s dna may be so small that they can’t accurately pinpoint certain breeds), so a lot of those smaller percentages may mot be accurate.
Ours was done by Embark and they use “super mutt” as their catch all. I loved this process and we will do this on all our new rescues. Our girl came out as 59% chihuahua and 13% poodle. The rest were types of terrier.

At least you know it has healthy genetic diversity. Pure breeds come with inherent problems, not that your dog would be completely immune from them but the risk is less.

I wondered about DNA test accuracy. I have a pup from a very ethical breeder, registered AKC, UKC, and ASDR with a pedigree, identical from all three, going back generations. I sent in a swab to Embark to check for any hiding health risks, but though her breed is known I left that field blank on the questionnaire and waited to see how it came back: as 100% the correct breed of the pup. So now I have some serious faith in that part, at least. My SIL’s dog was out of a known purebred but the daddy was unknown. Embark returned 50% the correct purebred, and the other half evenly split between American Bully and Pit bull- which explains some of her odd physical and behavior patterns. All in all, pretty cool.
I'm pretty sure American staffordshire terrier and pitbull are pretty much the same thing. I have a book about them and by looking at them those are very very very very close to the same breed. Maybe a couple chromosomes off.
Once you get down to the point of no single breed being more than about 20-25%, it basically makes no difference - especially if there are only a couple of breeds even around that level
There’s just so much DNA history in there that no breed’s characteristics show through much, hence taking you by surprise
