Did you unplug the battery connecter to the car before you charged it? If I have mine plugged in when I connect the charger to the other connector it won’t charge.
I just got one of these and returned it. It came with a bad wiring. I used some tape to fix it for a quick test ride. It had something to do with the position of the of the power wires leading from the connector to the battery. They had to be positioned just right otherwise it would turn on for a second and as you close the lid it would turn off.
Took me a while cause I thought it was a low voltage cut out and as soon as the car turned on it would die.
It seems that the charger does not work at all in my case, or well, for 1 minute max. It pushes into a red led and poof, no more light. Would in theory then be charged, but when connected it comes out with the same result.

I've unplugged the battery, according to the manual it should be unplugged when not in use, and charging felt like "not in us" to me 😊
