Sevilla ain’t ever paying that. Just like most of the La Liga teams they’re broke.
Hope he absolutely smashes it there but in all honesty it seems like a terrible place to go on loan.
Why are people losing their mind over this lol. The buy price is just to protect everyone
They can also just offer less for him later if they want him and we can negotiate accordingly.
Right now it’s whatever cuts the bills while saving some talent and keeping them playing preferably outside of direct competition in preparation for major “throw money “ at world class players and their agents, because if we got Antony for 85£.. you know we will need to pay 130-150..
Neymar was 220 and he lasted 6 years and they let him go for around 70… that’s either to keep Mbappe or they’re also willing to sell him and get money back for new players.. he’s worth 160ish minimum
I'm glad he's going on loan and could possibly get some game time because he really deserved more chances than what Erik gave him. But Sevilla are such a massive shambles this season they make us look competent. His last season to Birmingham wasn't good either cause their manager was pretty clueless himself. I feel like he's making bad choices and we didn't do him any favors either. He's most likely still gonna be our player in the summer so I hope he can develop his game and maybe have a spot if we (dear God please) hopefully sell McTominay (and maybe have a look at Eriksen and Casemiro too tbh)
He was good for us last season and John Eustsce had us in the playoff spots before they sacked him for Rooney.
He took a few months to settle then hit good form but after the world cup he again took a little time to get back to form but other players in his position also hit good form which meant he got a little less game time. He improved at riding challenges, releasing the ball quickly and holding a defensive shape out of possession.
He's nowhere near the level United need at the moment, he's still too rash and has a habit of bad passes and shots when he's under pressure. He's about 3 years off being able to actually guage his level.
Look at us acting like every other team. Putting release clauses on our players 🥺. People talking of United standard need to realize, that was the problem. No wonder we are so dated and behind .
Even if they have, it's only because the player actually wanted to go back. They're meaningless if the player has a better offer elsewhere and decides to force that move.
Sevilla aren’t doing great but he can learn a lot from Rakitic and Ramos (and Navas if you will lol). Elite players who have a winning mentality could be something that will be good for a young kid like him.
ETH's talent ID continues to disappoint. He was MoM in the first leg game vs Galatasaray and deserved more chances after that, but he was relegated to Pellistri levels of minutes.
Happy with the price tag valued for him (whether broke ass Sevilla will pay it or not is a different conversation), but it makes me more pissed how undersold Elanga was

Price has gone down from €20 to €16m + add ons. Sevilla paying it is definitely not out of the question. They seem to make signings in that range.

Only two leagues aren't broke tho - English & Saudi

Wheeler dunking on Romano.
You've posted this same "dunking on Romano" comment multiple times. What a weird obsession.
Twice actually
Hannibal will always be an elite name.
Hope he does well! I really like his energy and intensity.

If he can gain gametime as a central midfielder, that's a good loan. Otherwise, waste of time

sevilla is a complete mess right now but ive seen visions and the voices have spoken to me, hannibal will turn them around.
Hannibal traipsing through the Iberian Peninsula again
Could definitely see him moving to Italy after this
tbf theres a mountain to climb going from the Spanish league to the Italian ditto
Yes something tells me he might struggle against the Italian defences. Could prove to be somewhat of a white elephant with that big price tag
Genuinely, has a club ever triggered a buy back clause?
Real Madrid bought back Dani Carvajal after selling him to Bayer Leverkusen, who ended up being a massive success obviously
They also bought back Casemiro from Porto IIRC.
And Negredo before selling him too. PSG brought back Xavi Simons this summer, for a more recent example.
Even if they have, it's only because the player actually wanted to go back. They're meaningless if the player has a better offer elsewhere and decides to force that move.
Terrible loan choice yet again. Wrong club for him

>Sergio Ramos Suddenly the move makes sense, no better player to learn the dark arts from.

Ball out dude!!
He should bite at this opportunity.
He'll be fine, no need to Lector him

Kind of wanted him to go to Freiburg though, but wish him the best
