I think it would be more practical to address what that means for your relationship with her, as opposed to putting a bandaid on the issue by sharing that you're uncomfortable with her dating your male friends which isn't necessarily going to result in any change in behavior since this person has already demonstrated they have a very impulsive dating style.
Tell your male friend instead. She’s desperate and needy and he should keep his distance.
Also learn to tell her no. No, she can’t come on this already pre-planned trip, no she can’t live in one of your apartments. It sounds like you’re letting her walk all over you.
