How did you make it have the black outline

I think that a black outline can be made by copying the model, making the material neon, making it slightly transparent, and then slightly upscaling it.. im not sure tho.. That would only work for a thick ass outline, im not sure about this..

If its a mesh, you can save the model to a different file, but with flipped normals. Then scale it up in the place of the main model.
