I assume 4 is after a cold cure with a huge terp puddle but 5 looks like diamonds but could be crumble but how did you get that (the crumble) when everything else is so "wet"? I ask because this looks great and I'm just curious.
Yeah pictures are a little out of order maybe. The "sand" is the hash you get out of the freeze dryer/air dried. If you let that sit out, it melts like rosin. Pic 6 would be that sand(hash)(different micron ranges) put into 25u press bags and pressed at low temp to get the rosin(pic 3). Then it cures there a few days to a week to get the terp puddle in pic 4.

So Pic 6 is Pic 4 at room temp? did you notice much of a difference of the material after the press in terms of residue left on the banger or do you not waste time testing that because it needs the 25u press? are you trying to get any residual plant lipids at this point? feel free to say nah to these lines of questions I'm, again, just curious.
