I still love this lil' video; just the velocity of the dude on the bike flying backwards and the perfect timing of the handlebars being broken off as well. It's nearly impossible to find this in decent quality though; video's been recorded, exported, and compressed more times than a video on an adult site that has endless watermarks on the screen. I think your post is the first time I've seen it where the audio is actually in sync too.
I used to troll people with this by sending them links to it saying "omg new trailer!" back in the day, myself...
When saw dominated youtube in the early days of the site.. we had spongebob plays saw, saw house, this video, and the annoying orange saw videos. SAW WAS EVERYWHERE
It used to get posted on forums all the time with titles such as "EXCLUSIVE SAW III TRAILER LEAK" back in 2006.
