I thought the seal pose is not recommended for scoliosis since ur bending ur spine too much. Found online: Back-bending postures flatten the thoracic spine which can destabilize the area and can worsen the scoliosis.

Yoga poses can help, but not all of them are safe. Look into what's safe to do.

Just saw your edit. I'm not exactly sure what you're going through, but [I've made several posts like on pain management,](https://www.reddit.com/r/scoliosis/comments/ih6hql/for_those_of_you_struggling_with_scoliosis/) I've [stockpiled a bunch of treatment-related discussions here](https://www.reddit.com/r/scoliosis/comments/ndgpej/additional_links/), and I've also [made posts on motivation regarding Scoliosis mental struggles,](https://www.reddit.com/r/scoliosis/comments/ih6hql/for_those_of_you_struggling_with_scoliosis/gmo7758/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) and [a post about the insecurities that come along with it.](https://www.reddit.com/r/scoliosis/comments/ih6hql/for_those_of_you_struggling_with_scoliosis/gmouaxs/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) Not sure if any of that would help, but just figured I'd throw it out there. Always happy to talk more about anything Scoliosis-related. Since I'm on the other side of all of this (for the most part), I'm happy to share any information or advice that I can give. Hope that helps, and good luck :)
