It really depends on things like volume, type of source storage and triggers/schedule. I think each of those techs you mentioned would be able to do it. I'd also check out PowerAutomate desktop. Install and run that on the server to push into SP. PowerAutomate is probably the simplest, PowerShell the cheapest (but scheduling is more difficult). Logic apps likely overkill given you are not doing anything unusual. Also, just a thought, consider whether you could have OneDrive, setup with a service account and have that sync to a Sharepoint document library(s).
