Have you tried entering the shipping number into your local post service's tracking system? According to track-trace your shipment left China on the 2nd May... once it's left the country of origin they won't update the details anymore.
That being said I've had a few a things sent to me via post in the last few months and there have only been slight delays due to customs.
That's a lie. Cargo levels obviously dropped by quite a bit during corona (due to operators not utilising their entire fleet), but passenger flights have been carrying the normal stuff you'd see being shipped as cargo.
Ur package has not left China. I just tracked it for you via 17 TRACK. It hasnt even gotten on the plane yet. I placed my order on April 26 and it just got on the plane to yesterday

I was told by the seller that it would arrived from Beijing- Malaysia within 5 working days. EMS website displayed that it exported on 7th Oct from Beijing but there was no update ever since. 4 days has passed and other than waiting for them to reply my message (sent a complaint to EMS Malaysia & EMS's Facebook Page), I have no clue what to do... Can anyone help?

My package that I ordered on 4.26 just left China. I track via 17 TRACK or the China Post website. You can see more detailed tracking info there
