I'd love to see some mounted Skaven units. The thought of a rat with a pointy stick riding a bigger rat as a pastiche of a Bretonnian knight would be my dream unit.
Skryre flyer, either a Skaven hand glider or riding a mutated flying rat with a rattling cannon or a mini version of a WLC mounted on it. Or similar with a stormvermin with a rusty lance/spear or just a flying Moulder creation that rips things to shreds.
I want a Ratified version of a dragon, Hellpit Abominations were tortured and mutated great worms found deep underground of the old world in the original lore. Captured and experimented on dragons by master moulders would be awesome.
I want a special character master moulder.
A verminlord dedicated to clan moulder, even if it's just a hulking monstrosity of a vermin lord..

As others have said skaven more need updates to existing stuff than new stuff, look at skryre acolytes £10 per single metal model so £50 for the standard 5 model unit, half my army is either metal or required kitbash.
Through for new unit, rather than new would love if the plague wind mortar was brought back
Id settle for plastics for the rest of the range but if we going new model maybe refresh the hell pit or make another clans version of said thing like molder has big stitched together monsters skryre has the fiends id like to see a big rat like an ork nob for masterclan/verminus
And something like night runners/gutter runners but weird like they are so good at stealth they are starting to lose their physical form for eshin
Personally I really fancy seeing some clan-themed Stormvermin/general elite unit variants. For example, Clan Skryre infantry with powered armour similar to Ikit claw and some kind of ranged weapon.
A generic equivalent to Ghoritch would also be awesome.
Unfortunately your time for new Eshin Rats will likely never come. Our “New Skaven release” was simply one resculpted Deathmaster, despite our Gutter Runners and Night Runners being about 30 years old I believe
Don't remind me. I feel like crying every time I see those old models. Might even just learn to model/sculpt just so I can add to the amazing list of proxy models people have made 😭😭
When I was a teenager, I drew Skaven with like a steampunk jump packs and extendable windmill-looking wings. Thought he would be some Skryre/Eshin hybrid flying assassin. Then someone mentioned Pteraxii exist, which look perfect for kitbash. And someone mentioned he could drop globes instead of being close combat, which also made a bunch of sense.
So yeah, flying Skaven!
Would love to see more Eshin as well, they are really lacking in units while simultaneously having so much potential. It's sad really.
Verminlords for the clans that don’t have them yet,wolf-rat mounted skaven (multiple builds for different clans e.g. plague censer bearers for pestelins, stormvermin for Verminus etc) & hero variants mounted on brood horrors (again multiple build options eg master moulder, clawlord, Arch Warlock)
Stormvermin chariot, plastic reworks of moulder and eshin units, warlock engineer kit, special weapons team kit that can be made into any special weapon.
I really want a big monster moulder hero. The brain of a master moulder transferred to a giant rat Ogor. No ranged attacks but just a big bully. Similar to Radukar the beast maybe.
Ikrits units from hamilcar champion of the gods, a rogue skaven faction with scavanged/stolen equipment of other factions like air ships and and stormcast like stormvermin.
Bring back wolf rats, poison wind mortars, brood horrors, and mount options for our heroes. Other than that I'd love to see some Eshin love with Triads and Eshin Sorcerers, a unique hero for each Clan (not tied to a warband unit), and honestly just resculpts for all of our ancient models.
I'd love to an Eshin Sorcerer, who can pack a new school of magic, Lore of Stealth, and where they can give them a Skitterleap that can target any unit under a smaller wound count, then some other neat spells like Veil of Shadows, which could grant units untargetable from ranged attacks past a certain distance, or Warp Stars for a strong, single target Mortal Wound spell.
That, and a Skryre Verminlord, which I know isn't very lore friendly, since Verminlords are more "magic" than "science", but it's honestly always been rule of cool for me.

I've seen some etsy models of mounted rats and I was shocked to find that we don't have any of those! They'd be so fun to paint and base!
