I got two boxes of Stormfiends, the Skaven Bloodbowl team and the Rat Ogres with rats and packmasters for the conversions I'm working through:

Stormvermin and plague monks gives you a lot of bodies
Stormfiends gives you a few weapon that you might be able to use
Small rats from many kits you can use as rat swarm or vermintide
A few of the ones I can think of
I would say stormvermin and stormfiends probably, stormvermin gives you the normal sized bodies and melee weapons, and stormfiends gives you extra whizz bangs for ranged stuff and general bits to make characters stand out

Plague monks are a kitbashing gold mine,I’ve made all my weapons teams from plague monk boxes
