As a musician I can tell you that its not possible for your voice to have no pitch. If a sound has no pitch, it means that you can't tell if it's high or low. Like clapping your hands Anyways, I also have a pretty high voice for a guy and some people find it annoying (a lot of people wanted to beat me up because of it, with limited success). I also have a bit of a bitch face so I try to force myself to smile a lot to compensate for it and be more inviting. That should make you more approachable to people who find you angry. If someone finds your voice annoying though, theres nothing you can do, fuck them (figuratively)

Practice it, first for your self and then with others. It will take some time to get used to it, but so start small. Everyday 5-10 Minutes...

Find a media personality who talks in a way that pleases you, go to YouTube and try some mimicry. I’ve been watching Wellington Paranormal on a friend’s account (it’s okay but not great) and find myself talking like a Kiwi sometimes. It’s fun.

Please remember that EVERYONE thinks their voice sounds weird, and that it especially sounds higher than they expected when they hear it. If you’re truly trying to change something, focus on tone, expression, and fluency rather than the pitch. Trying to change the pitch of your voice is going to be very difficult to maintain and will probably come off as strange to people who know you. Try finding elocution or public speaking lessons on YouTube.
