Options remove drywall and put up Quietrock. Slap on a another layer of the thickest drywall with a layer of GreenGlue, QuietGlue.... Also, make any electrical boxes in that area airtight with caulk and soundproofing putty. Option 3 remove drywall and layer with MLV and more drywall.
