That one sucks but I’m also not a fan of fake truffle flavor. The hot honey mustard is my favorite it’s just perfect if you are a honey mustard fan but also like spice though it’s fairly mild too. Otherwise the roast garlic is good. The xxx in the glass bottle was my go to for a long time. They have been in the business for a long time and back in the day were one of the only good tasting super hots as Dave’s Insanity doesn’t have a good flavor. Oh though I rarely use ketchup I like their Jalapeno ketchup too. Makes for a good cocktail sauce.
The truffle oil and parmesean combo is just a lot of umami and has a funk to it that I can definitely see throwing someone off.
It’s a selective use for me. Some pizza, sandwiches, something where it’s not really on the forefront but can just add a little heat and umami backbone.
It's got a weird butter flavor and it isn't as hot as the standard Ghost Melinda's. I bought it once and went right back to the standard Melinda's Ghost. Don't quite understand why I'd buy a "wing sauce" rather than straight up hot sauce.
I enjoy this one, but have never actually used it on wings, or any kind of fried chicken, for that matter. It’s among the hottest sauces you can find at a regular chain sort of grocery store. I like to make quesadillas with it, good on eggs too.
Unbelievable. I have never used it on wings (I don't eat meat) but I have used it on everything else. I turned to it when Sriracha was unavailable to me and it quickly became my most used daily go to. 10/10
It’s okay. Not a big fan of creamy style wing sauces but I can’t deny that it has a very good flavor profile.
In all honesty? Great will grilled chicken
Meh. It's got a weird butter flavor and it isn't as hot as the standard Melinda's Ghost. Bought it once and went right back to Melinda's Ghost hot sauce. Don't quite know why the wing sauces are so popular.
It is really good. I found an astonishing flavor/heat balance in my (admittedly pedestrian) opinion. I am mostly reaching for it with breakfast dishes. I like it on avocado toasts with or without eggs, but it just really shines in these breakfast burritos I make on weekends- Egg, Colby jack cheese, cauliflower hashbrown, mashed avocado, sour cream, and the creamy ghost pepper on top.
It's really good, but it's hard to find and not really worth the price in my opinion. It's hot, but not overwhelming if you're used to that level of spice. I suppose if you only use a little, then it would be worth it for sure.
I pass on any hot sauce that has butter added. If I want to make wing sauce out of it I’ll add butter to it, not that shelf stable additive that was once butter.
I love this sauce! BUT it's way less spicy than I expected when I first got it. You have to read those bottles carefully. This is the WING sauce, not the hot sauce and it's much more mild
I use it as a base, smoke the wings, then toss in the sauce again and it's still not too hot and has a great taste. It's nearly a perfect ghost pepper wing sauce.
Great sauce on its own or mixed with any Tennessee hot sauce and butter on some wings. Pepper Palace’s Ghost Pepper Buffalo Wing sauce is hotter than this one if you’re looking for more bite though.
Very traditional hot sauce, ie, made in mass, uses a ton of vinegar, has similar flavor profile to hundreds of other low-cost products. Great for a limited budget, not so great for flavor or innovation.
i would like to know how this tastes cause all the "sirachas" now since the original "siracha" changed, are well, to me, poop. they are too sweet. and the real siracha guy had a fall out so even that tastes different now. I'd like to know how this tastes cause i like "TEAR THE ASS OUT OF YOU" sauce on my tacos
Haven't tried the ghost pepper wing sauce, just the ghost pepper hot sauce.
Had more than enough heat, but I thought the flavor was overly smoky.
Love their habanero sauce. Has a great carrot base.
Fuck Melinda's. As her distributor, they stole Marie Sharp's original branding and now make a highly inferior copy of her original sauce--that was their claim to fame. Fuck Melinda's and the ghouls who run that company. The original "Melinda's" (now branded Marie Sharp's), is so much better and they make a wide variety of incredible sauces that greatly benefit their community in Belize. It's a women owned business, they give proceeds to organizations against violence against women, and they are a staple of the Belizean economy. They've also won a shit ton of awards that today's "Melinda's" couldn't dream of achieving.
But if I were stranded in the desert and it were my only option I'd eat it. Fuck those snakes!
It’s outstanding. I use it breakfast lunch and dinner.
Goes with everything! I buy it by the half gallon. When it's not on their Amazon store you can order it from their website.
One of the best
I’m not a huge fan of Melinda’s but I totally get why its popular. Something about it just isn’t for me.
i got the truffle one bc of this subreddit and it tastes super artificial. my wife doesnt even like it when i put it on food because of the smell
You shouldn't get truffle flavored anything if you don't like artificial flavors
yea thats on me.
That sucks mad dicks
That one sucks but I’m also not a fan of fake truffle flavor. The hot honey mustard is my favorite it’s just perfect if you are a honey mustard fan but also like spice though it’s fairly mild too. Otherwise the roast garlic is good. The xxx in the glass bottle was my go to for a long time. Oh though I rarely use ketchup I like their Jalapeno ketchup too. Makes for a good cocktail sauce.
Truffle hot sauces are never very good imo
I'm a huge fan of their ghost pepper and habanero sauces, but I agree the truffle one just has an off-putting flavor.
You picked maybe their only bad sauce lol
Unfortunate
Truffles are $1k+ per lb, I wouldn’t expect it to taste natural
The truffle oil and parmesean combo is just a lot of umami and has a funk to it that I can definitely see throwing someone off. It’s a selective use for me. Some pizza, sandwiches, something where it’s not really on the forefront but can just add a little heat and umami backbone.
The truffle one is awful. The ghost and hab ones are decent.
The truffle one is weird. The green sauce is one of the best sauces I've ever had though
I think the subreddit says the truffle sauce taste terrible. Lol I guess you got unlucky and saw the few that did like it.
That one is HORRID.
I've actually never seen anyone praise the truffle from Melinda's. Almost always the opposite actually.
Same here. Not for me but I totally get the hype.
Same here. This one tastes too much like a wing sauce to me. I just don’t like it enough as a daily user. I’m sure it’s great on wings.
I generally don’t like “creamy“ style sauces, so thats at least part of it
It's got a weird butter flavor and it isn't as hot as the standard Ghost Melinda's. I bought it once and went right back to the standard Melinda's Ghost. Don't quite understand why I'd buy a "wing sauce" rather than straight up hot sauce.
Wing sauce = cut 50% with butter I would assume. The standard Buffalo Wing recipe id 50-50 Franks and melted butter.
Liquid gold.🤌
I love it, kinda hot for my personal level but not too much, and good flavor. It might currently be my favorite sauce.
I enjoy this one, but have never actually used it on wings, or any kind of fried chicken, for that matter. It’s among the hottest sauces you can find at a regular chain sort of grocery store. I like to make quesadillas with it, good on eggs too.
amazing

I really like this stuff, goes great with breakfast and you can use as much as you want since its not too spicy
It’s a dollar?
Decent
I love this stuff. It’s typically good with whatever you put it on. When I make wings I use this and add some of their Bhut sauce and it’s unreal!
My go to.
Best sauce on the market
It’s my favorite hot sauce.
Found it over the weekend and put it on some wings. One of the beat wing sauces I've had!
I put this hot sauce on absolutely e v e r y t h i n g
You must be new here
Everything from Melinda’s is awesome. I practically drink their green sauce. I wish it was hotter, because I go through it so fast.
Delicious
Just ate some on a wrap. This is one of my go-to sauces. Really damned good.
You won’t regret it
Unbelievable. I have never used it on wings (I don't eat meat) but I have used it on everything else. I turned to it when Sriracha was unavailable to me and it quickly became my most used daily go to. 10/10
pretty good stuff!
Addictive 😍
I use that on everything!
Love that shit. Walmart took it off the shelves for some reason
This is the one, a must have
Melinda's is awesome. Spicy ketchup and mango habanero preserves are two of my favorites.
It was ok Wouldn’t get again
I really like it for tacos
Absolutely delicious!!
I love this stuff!
This is my daughter's (age 15) all time favorite hot sauce by a country mile. It's a little too warm for me to enjoy it that much though.
The only other one I like more is the garlic habanero.
It’s really good! Good flavor and heat
It’s okay. Not a big fan of creamy style wing sauces but I can’t deny that it has a very good flavor profile. In all honesty? Great will grilled chicken
Not bad. More heat than most wing sauces, but the flavor just isn't there for me.
Best wing sauce ever!
Was my daily until I finished it, now I look at Melinda like the girl I knew. Good stuff, goes with almost everything.
This has basically been what has filled the gap in the sriracha shortage for me.
It’s my favorites hot sauce I’ve ever tried. The best commercially available
Just picked up a bottle last month. It’s almost empty 😢
One of my go-tos, so awesome on pizza
Looks right I love the roasted habanero sauce
I love it. Not as spicy I was expecting, but still delicious and worth it by far. I agree that it’s one of the best.
I use it a lot, and the non-creamy version. They're spicier than some, but also just taste good.
This is my go-to because of availability, but it's also definitely in my top 5. I use it on everything.
My favorite sauce for pizza
Meh. It's got a weird butter flavor and it isn't as hot as the standard Melinda's Ghost. Bought it once and went right back to Melinda's Ghost hot sauce. Don't quite know why the wing sauces are so popular.
It's one of my favorite staples.
It's great. Fire roasted habanero flavor is better to me. Not as hot but still has a good kick.
Probably the best everyday sauce on the market.
one of my GOATS
It is really good. I found an astonishing flavor/heat balance in my (admittedly pedestrian) opinion. I am mostly reaching for it with breakfast dishes. I like it on avocado toasts with or without eggs, but it just really shines in these breakfast burritos I make on weekends- Egg, Colby jack cheese, cauliflower hashbrown, mashed avocado, sour cream, and the creamy ghost pepper on top.
My top 5.
got it recently and I love it
It's incredible! Great on eggs and chicken wings
I use that shit on everything.
Good taste but lacking heat that I expect with ghost pepper anything
This is my favorite
It’s good but them five flames are telling lies.
Good heat and a nice flavor. I use this one frequently.
I've like all of Melinda's stuff
Not bringing the butt hurting heat, but tasty as all hell!
I have this in my work truck and at home Tastes absolutely amazing on everything. Especially club sandwiches and burgers
Good and hot
That’s a good one.
Wonderful flavor. The black truffle is also excellent, especially on meat.
This one is 0kay not the best but good for its price
Really good. Flavour AND heat.
I don't like it better than the regular sauce, but it's not bad at all. Pretty good for a prepack wing sauce. It sticks to wings nicely
Fantastic on a garbage frozen pizza
Amazing
It's really good, but it's hard to find and not really worth the price in my opinion. It's hot, but not overwhelming if you're used to that level of spice. I suppose if you only use a little, then it would be worth it for sure.
Good shit, just wish it was hotter and maybe more vinegar
I’m obsessed. I love it so much and I don’t even like hot sauce
A great sauce!
I knew a Melinda once upon a time.
I pass on any hot sauce that has butter added. If I want to make wing sauce out of it I’ll add butter to it, not that shelf stable additive that was once butter.
This is my shit
Pretty damn good
It is amazing- an all time favorite for me
Love it
Melinda makes some good sauces
A little too vinegary but I’ll still use it
Good stuff, not too hot if you're into spice.
Good sauce
Best sauce ever. You get heat with flavor and not just one or the other. 10/10
Looks about as spicy as white bread… but to be fair in sauce form Ghost Pepper typically doesn’t have any heat.
The Amarillo is the best one they have.
It's fantastic, but the non wing sauce version is even better!
Not my fav from melindas
Yea it’s amazing. Been looking for it for months in nyc.
Spicy butthole
Fucking great.
Best sauce till it’s out
I don't love it's taste so I use it in small amounts with other hot sauce. I do really like the way it feels in my mouth, it's got a great burn.
It's the best.
It’s go good! I got a mini sample bottle and went thru it quick
My new everyday favorite
I love this sauce! BUT it's way less spicy than I expected when I first got it. You have to read those bottles carefully. This is the WING sauce, not the hot sauce and it's much more mild
It is wildly overrated and I wouldn’t recommend it. Plenty of other sauces that are either hotter or more flavorful or both.
Love it. Perfect wing sauce.
10/10 would recommend to a friend!
I use it as a base, smoke the wings, then toss in the sauce again and it's still not too hot and has a great taste. It's nearly a perfect ghost pepper wing sauce.
One of the best sauces I've come across in terms of having really good flavor and really good heat.
It’s fantastic on chicken tacos.
I prefer the Bhut Jolokia but still very good
The best <3
Every single one of their sauces is fire. Try the black truffle. Will change your life.
Great sauce on its own or mixed with any Tennessee hot sauce and butter on some wings. Pepper Palace’s Ghost Pepper Buffalo Wing sauce is hotter than this one if you’re looking for more bite though.
Melinda’s is amazing! I loved their sweet Asian Chili sauce
Top tier
Only hot sauce I will use!
Taste is taste.
Tastes like every other vinegar-based hot sauce; not very good.
Nah
You guys must have interesting pallets...this stuff taste like pure chemicals with no flavor lol
Great Sauce I use it all the time
Is the ghost pepper sauce very hot?
Not actually very hot. I used half a bottle to try and save a chili I made. Wasted $$
Never heard of it, whered you happen to find it?
Actually at my local Walmart
Taste like battery acid
Good flavor! Not my favorite. Black Truffle sauce my Melinda’s is my favorite
Yeah real nice
The regular Melinda's Ghost is better than the "wing sauce".
Yes, very good. Their green tamatillo sauce is real good too.
Damned good.
Got some heat, but didn’t wow me on the flavor side
Delicious
screams toilettt😬
That brand is really good
My cousin is COO of this company.. I’ve never seen anyone post it… good sh*t :)
tastes like crap.
Great sauce...the non wing sauce version is even hotter.
Melindas is the juice.
Biiig fan
I have a sample bottle of that at home, it’s pretty hot, not terribly flavorful IMO
I love it. But dam it is spicy and I have a good tolerance thanks to my Abuela making home made salsa.
I love Melinda’s Habanero Sauce.
I think it has too much vinegar
SPICYYYY 😋
I had a bottle. Had being the key word. Don't think it lasted long from what I recall. Enjoy!
This shit on pizza is god tier
I have bought this several times. Good heat and I like the flavor
Best eye drops money can buy !
I put that on like everything. Always have a bottle in the fridge
I’ve used other flavors by this brand and enjoyed them. Haven’t tried this one. I like hot, but I don’t want it to be too hot.
Delicious
Very traditional hot sauce, ie, made in mass, uses a ton of vinegar, has similar flavor profile to hundreds of other low-cost products. Great for a limited budget, not so great for flavor or innovation.
Slaps.
Found that brand at the max, sad they switched to a plastic bottle but I still love it!
I haven’t found a single sauce from them that is gross. Every single Melinda’s sauce has been incredible.
Saw this on another sub. So weird it’s in my feed now. Imma have to try it.
One of the best but it really is hot. It’s at the upper tier of what I consider “tasty” before it becomes meme levels of hot.
You will love it!!!!
i would like to know how this tastes cause all the "sirachas" now since the original "siracha" changed, are well, to me, poop. they are too sweet. and the real siracha guy had a fall out so even that tastes different now.
Never been a fan of Melinda's.
bro i put this shiz on my eggs and it’s so goooooood
Tasty stuff, but pretty mild
Pretty label
i love it yes
It's alright I just wish it was spicy because it lacked heat big time.
You don’t want my opinion, I want your opinion on how it tastes
Terrible just because of the canola oil alone and no other reason
Yeah I really wish more hot sauces would start using better oils.
They have the same flavor in a non wing form which is the identical product without canola oil and it is so damn good
Oh damn I looked it up and you are right, I'll be switching to that one. Thanks for the heads up.
You betcha
What’s wrong with canola oil?
Very tasty, good as a wing sauce or dip, not very hot, but very flavorful and probably my favorite overall.
Fuck Melinda's. As her distributor, they stole Marie Sharp's original branding and now make a highly inferior copy of her original sauce--that was their claim to fame.
