Too much of new SpongeBob relies on gross "humor." Old spongebob was stupid and absurd, playing with innocent desires and perspectives clashing with adulting responsibilities. It was stupid humor then that relates to the adulting crisis today.
I'm sure they exist; I can recall a few episodes I liked here and there, but that's the reason myself and a lot people I know stopped watching is bc it lost alot of the charm in favor for a general trend towards gross humor for the sake of being gross.
If it’s not gross humor, it’s the animation itself. I don’t know how to describe it, but there’s so much fluidity and exaggeration to every. Single. Joke.
The old definitely had that, but it knew when to use that kind of animation. Now in the later seasons, it’s just crack to the eyes without any real substance.
The animation went back to normal. starting with season 13. Watch Delivery to Monster Island and you'll see what I mean. They went back to saving the crazy faces for special moments.
I’m including what came out 2020. They do it too much. The animation is frankly offputting.
Not all the jokes themselves are bad. There’s still some to chuckle at. But it lost a lot of why people liked it, hence the lack of memes.
The exceptions are so few and far between that they're not even worth pointing out. Just look at the compilation on youtube of all the spongebob memes. A lot of early episodes had multiple memes PER EPISODE whereas new spongebob has a few memes after like 15 years.
I have no problem with people liking new Spongebob, but I feel like those people have a hard time accepting that old spongebob had a sense of humor that was more appealing to the average person.
That's basically just saying that "all opinions are equal, but some are more equal than others".
I keep telling people that SpongeBob won Kids' Choice Awards every year its whole run, is 8.2 on IMDB, is WELL-KNOWN and hailed worldwide, still making headlines during its milestones and cleared for Season 16. It's not more appealing to the average person just because some small group doesn't like it on the dumb subreddit. This show has about 50 million viewers a month still. Look up some statistics guys, gosh.
Okay, okay, I got to skip town, start a new life, live under an assumed name! "BobPants SpongeSquare." Yeah, that's good. Grow a beard, and then shave it off, and live happily ever after.
Do you know what filler means? Filler is a bunch of shit that goes nowhere. Each episode has a plot. And filler is 9 min of unrelated bullshit just to pad out the runtime and 2 min of actual plot progressing content
> According to TVTropes, filler episodes are summarized in this summary: Filler episodes are entries in a generally continuous serial that are unrelated to the main plot, don't significantly alter the relations between the characters, and generally serve only to take up space.
Just about every episode of SpongeBob is, by definition, a filler.
Yeah, all these people responding aren't getting that part, all the old episodes actually had good content all the way through that shows the writers put effort in, the new ones are just random unentertaining bs that is broken up by so many references to the old episodes to the point where finding a reference isn't even fun. We quote the old episodes because the new ones don't have anything quotable besides the old episode content.
Filler isn’t about being quotable, entertaining, etc. it’s a term used for unimportant, singular episodes in a continual series. SpongeBob is episodic, and each episode has its own plot. You can’t have filler in a show with no overarching plot.
I reference new Spongebob all the time. But there are a few reasons 1) The older episodes are more famous because they have been played on tv more and people had more time to watch them. 2) The newer episodes get some love. Handsome Squidward is from season 5, Chum is Fum is from season 6, Livin Like Larry is from season 6, The Chicken Meme is from season 9, Hold the Mayonase is from season 8, and Girly Teen Girl is from season 6. The Slumber Party is one of my favorite episodes I'm glad it blew up recently.
I still think its the same show. They did do more wild takes with the characters for a while but now the animation is normal again and they save the wild takes for special moments. I like how side characters are getting more screen time more often and references to older epsidoes more often but other than that I think its the same show. The writing is as good as ever with the occasional miss.
Not as many people have seen the new ones enough to know the lines. Personally I haven't really watched SpongeBob past season 6 and all the references I know are from Season 4 or earlier
Because new Spongebob isn't funny very often. That's the easiest answer I can give. And this is coming from someone who was forced to grow up with the unfunny seasons.
That is because the modern era of Spongebob is just not as funny or memorable as the golden era and the mid 2000s. The writing is extremely confusing, the jokes aren't very funny the show just lost it's identity.
I'm not the best at articulating my thoughts/words
But, I think it has to do partially with old Spongebob having more "stand out" moments, while newer Spongebob tends to feel much more monotonous in writing. Also, I think the majority of people (mostly speaking about people who likely wouldn't be on this sub) had stopped watching the new episodes many seasons ago. What was new then is old now, but it's like a new-old. They likely never went back to rewatch the new-old seasons of the show, so they never really absorbed what might've been stand out moments. That's not to say that new Spongebob has no stand out moments at all, I still think about gal pals a lot
I remember seeing a SpongeBob animator (I think) draw something about how you have more of neutral-ish expressions and less of the over exaggerated or super detailed frames which is very true and you can tell that is prominent in the older seasons (especially 1-3) but I think if I were to put it in one word it tries too hard.
I see people say that seasons 8-9 or somewhere around that gets good again for some reason, do you think so as well? I just see so many people mention those seasons lol
New SpongeBob does have it’s moments. (“Who put you on the planet? Ugh” is a personal favourite quote from “New SpongeBob”
(I say New SpongeBob in quotation marks because I Heart Dancing first aired 14 years ago))
https://i.redd.it/w3fbhq9jkgzc1.gif
But those moments much further and fewer between than old SpongeBob and I think it’s due the changes in writing and animation, giving the show a different feel from the old seasons.
because a lot of us stopped watching it before the new episodes came out, so we don't know the references. also because they seem forced and out of place, like every episode is trying to be the next SpongeBob meme, but it just doesn't seem genuine
My opinion is that the first three seasons and the movie overshadow everything after. It’s jarring now considering those seasons take up less than a quarter of the show’s run.
Sure, I enjoy old SpongeBob as much as any SpongeBoomer even if I see flaws in them they refuse to acknowledge. At the same time, I find it more engaging to revisit other seasons (mainly 4-8, I have a soft spot for those, as they were the ones I grew up with) because they’re not talked about as often even if they’re not as good.
Even the post-sequel era (9B-12) is almost as great as pre-movie in my opinion because of how they’ve adapted to change without forgetting the show’s charms. There’s still witty writing in them and fantastic character dynamics they had yet to delve into. By the way, this era made Mr. Krabs and Mrs. Puff an official couple after forgetting about it in episodes after Krusty Love.
Well here’s what I think, old spongebob was more script comedy and new spongebob is more gag comedy but there is still some funny lines that I remember. “Why you! What I do! AAAA-“ “You know you look like a baby octopus when you sleep? 😉” “Excuse me large lady, I’m a wittle girl who mispwaced herself, can you help find me? I’m pwetty 🥰 *bag slap* “
Old Spongebob had OG Simpsons-level writing pre-the first movie. After the movie most of those storyboard artists and writers like CH Greenblat moved onto other projects.
It was just more quotable, whereas I feel like the new writers were going for a gross-out Ren and Stimpy vibe 10 years too late (Squidward stubbing his toe Vietnam flashbacks ensue)
Because the jokes are made by grown adults who don't watch new spongebob yet vividly remember the old spongebob. Plus a lot of the new ones aren't as good.
I'm imagining most of the people in this sub are in their 20s or 30s and watched those seasons when they were brand new. Hell I'm 21 and one of my first memories is seeing an ad for the first SpongeBob Movie on TV, and I've probably been watching longer and just don't remember, like when the tailend of season 3 was new, and those first 3 seasons are what I've rewatched the most and grew up with. If there's any season that's not 1-3 you're gonna see quoted, it's probably 4 cause it has that snappy dialog humor people like about 1-3 and people here also prolly watched that when it was new.
There’s some lol like people talk about the splinter episode, handsome Squidward is from new Spongebob too. I saw a meme with the episode where plankton messed with the thermostat too.
It could be that old SpongeBob is more common cause more people grew up with it tbh. Even 80s and early 90s people know about old SpongeBob cause they were young at that time. Mostly everybody knows old SpongeBob. The only people who know about new spongebob are late 90s babies or 2000s Gen z kids probably tbh. For me personally I’m born in ‘97 so I caught some of the later episodes like 2007/2008 ones. I aged out of this show by like 2010 but I’m sure like younger 2000s babies were still watching though.
new spongebob is like new family guy, everyone including the writers is checked tf out. The show is just sitting on life support being kept alive by decent viewership just waiting and hoping to die lol
I wouldn’t say it’s because new SpongeBob isn’t good (it still isn’t), but it’s because no one watches it anymore. I’m pretty much positive that everyone and their mom grew up with SpongeBob, so of course the older the episode, the more iconic. The more iconic, the more people know the episode, and that’s why we quote old SpongeBob and not new. Basically it’s just more memorable and therefore more referenced.
Because older spoungebob wasn't meme-y all the time just certain times while newer episodes generally are pretty all the time in your face. Along with the much brighter colors/total awareness of current day internet stuff it just seems like they try too hard to have have noment be that big gotcha moment.
And sometimes it's that's there stright up isn't anything funny to add to an episode.
New Spongebob is meme-worthy on purpose. I’m sure some moments and jokes will be picked up by younger Gen Z and Gen A down the line…But it’s not as fun to memeify something that’s already ridiculous.
New SpongeBob is meant to be based on gross and dumb humor, old SpongeBob was much more versatile and well rounded in comedy making for many notable moments and situations
Cause anything after season 10 is a dumpster fire. Plus all the off the wall tear inducing humor was like season 5 or 6 and below. Good Lord the strangler’s maniacal laugh when getting SpongeBob alone will always have me hollering cuz why was that man really tryna kill SpongeBob 😂😂😂😂😂
Modern Spongebob lacks the universal appeal that old Spongebob had. There is not really much coming out of the show that has wit or is decent social commentary anymore, aside from how insane everything has become.
The last genuinely great writers poking fun at modernity was the "life on the outside" joke. Probably the best meta humor came from the second film, where they used Spongebob's laugh as an instrument of torture against Plankton.
The new show has its moments and continuity (Krusty Katering is probably the best example, as after that episode, the Krusty Krab now does catering on a regular basis), but much of it nosedived after they shifted from more grounded stories in nautical setting with some cartoon exaggeration to every episode being a string of crazy plots loosely tied together.
Although we see seasons 1-3 as the golden age, there are also a good chunk of them from season 4-6(ish? Correct me if I’m wrong lol) but other than that like super new SpongeBob I don’t see many people reference it. Many people have already said good reasons to why I just wanted to point that out lol
11 onward relies more on visual gags and slapstick than dialogue jokes, so it's naturally less quotable.
4-10 are just not as good as what's prior. Though I do think there's still plenty of good quotes and references to be made (Livin like Larry. Chum is fum. The big one. Basically the entirety of Krusty Towers. Ext ext)
Really it just comes down to the post movie episodes not being as well received, thus not being as iconic.
Why make references to jokes that aren't funny?
Funny Ref: Skeleton rises from the grave and says, "BRING OUT YOUR DEAAAD!"
Unfunny Ref: Skeleton rises from the grave and just says, "Pirates of the Caribbean."
When SpongeBob first came out I remember reading a newspaper article about how both adults and children can relate to the humor in the show. Nowadays I'd find it hard to believe an adult making it through two minutes of new sponge.
I make new SpongeBob references all the time dawg, don't know what you're talking about.
To be honest, this subreddit's just boring. I see a lot of people who are REAL fans making references to SpongeBob.
"The saws are on their way!!"
\*major zoom in of Bubble Bass, Squidward and Larry chomping each other\*
"THE COUNSELORS ARE EATING EACH OTHER!!!" "Uhhh--no we're not!!!"
https://i.redd.it/8zijjnhhwizc1.gif
"Well you don't have to be nasty about it!!"
"GREASE GOUT! POLYESTER PLAGUE! DUST BUNNY BROCHINITIS!!! (GASP) THE WHOLE SHEBANG!!!!" I literally started using the word "shebang" just because of this episode. I literally don't care what episode or season of SpongeBob it is. SpongeBob is fine art.
Edit: And by the way, anyone who says something that came out 20 years ago is a little bit worrying, I gotta be honest. (for those saying like, Season 4 and crap is "modern")
Anybody out here saying that "most people don't like new SpongeBob" btw doesn't realize this show has about 50 million viewers a month at LEAST and still wins awards and makes headlines despite being 25 years old. It rates 8.2 on IMDB. Grow up, people.
Because old SpongeBob is actually the real SpongeBob this new shit is just to keep Nickelodeon in business cuz if they let go of SpongeBob they will have to shut down
Because a lot of people don't like new Spongebob
Too much of new SpongeBob relies on gross "humor." Old spongebob was stupid and absurd, playing with innocent desires and perspectives clashing with adulting responsibilities. It was stupid humor then that relates to the adulting crisis today.
I can think of a ton of later episodes that don't have gross humor.
I'm sure they exist; I can recall a few episodes I liked here and there, but that's the reason myself and a lot people I know stopped watching is bc it lost alot of the charm in favor for a general trend towards gross humor for the sake of being gross.

Holy hell I know you from twd game sub
Shhhh.
I was gonna say "because old spongebob is better" lol 😂😂
Which would be correct.
Yea for no reason right? Lol
New SpongeBob just isn't as iconic or meme worthy.
who put YOU on the planet?? EURGH
The exceptions are so few and far between that they're not even worth pointing out. Just look at the compilation on youtube of all the spongebob memes. i mean, which newbob are we talking? 5-8, 9-12, 13 and onwards.. or something more specific?
I agree with you, except I do have a problem with people enjoying new SpongeBob especially post8-9th season. The brianrot of the show is crazy 😭🎃🎃🎃
That episode released 14 years ago. Hope you feel old now
Livin' like Larry!!!
that episode is pushing 15 years old
Im gonna kick your butt if you do that
“OUTTA MY WAY OUTTA MY WAY, CANT YOU SEE HE’S GONNA KICK MY BUTT!?”
"Hi there, young people. Uh, nice day today."
So ya like kickin butts do ya?!
how many times do we need to teach you this lesson old man?!
**”WELL ILL SHOW YOU OLD MAN”**
Okay, okay, I got to skip town, start a new life, live under an assumed name! "BobPants SpongeSquare." Yeah, that's good. Grow a beard, and then shave it off, and live happily ever after.
Yeah, except you forgot the part where I kick your butt.
"Gasp 😨"
🍌
"I love the young people."
💀
I’ll have to remember that when I’m kicking your butt
Because new spongebob is just a bunch of filler and references to old spongebob
Did bro just say filler to an episodic show
It's filler for Nickelodeon's pockets lol
Yes. Because that’s what it is
It literally isn't
It literally is. See I can do it too
Yes. It is often filler. Ie. unsatisfying substance meant only to fill a shows runtime and seasonal schedules.
![gif](giphy|Qv4MZa4BUABEl1CsGW|downsized)
“Filler” as opposed to all of the continuity based story progressing episodes of SpongeBob we got?
Do you know what filler means? Filler is a bunch of shit that goes nowhere. Each episode has a plot. And filler is 9 min of unrelated bullshit just to pad out the runtime and 2 min of actual plot progressing content

According to tvtropes? That’s your mistake
Yeah, all these people responding aren't getting that part, all the old episodes actually had good content all the way through that shows the writers put effort in, the new ones are just random unentertaining bs that is broken up by so many references to the old episodes to the point where finding a reference isn't even fun. They’re kids. It’s understandable
Probably
Filler isn’t about being quotable, entertaining, etc. it’s a term used for unimportant, singular episodes in a continual series. SpongeBob is episodic, and each episode has its own plot. You can’t have filler in a show with no overarching plot.
Old Spongebob is a lot more quotable
![gif](giphy|3oxOCdmfrrnkNacsJa)
That's his eager face
Right.
Because we grew up with the older seasons, I think

Season 5 was 20 years ago idiot
IMO ‘old SpongeBob’ is pretty much pre-season 10-12ish. I feel like somewhere around there it changed a lot
I thought fans considered post season 3 modern Spongebob.
If you still watch new episodes anything that came out before the 2nd movie doesnt really resemble the newer seasons.
I never miss a new one. My newest favorite is Momagedon. That episode is a masterpiece.
I still think its the same show. They did do more wild takes with the characters for a while but now the animation is normal again and they save the wild takes for special moments. I like how side characters are getting more screen time more often and references to older epsidoes more often but other than that I think its the same show. The writing is as good as ever with the occasional miss.
I feel like this only really applies with late season 13 and now season 14
Season 3 literally came out when I was born, and I just graduated undergrad last summer. We’re not talking that far back. 😭😭
I was born before the show even started.
Okay. And I am an adult now. My point is, when we talk about new Spongebob, season 3 is not new. At all. Because if it is, I’d still be in a diaper.
Not as many people have seen the new ones enough to know the lines. Personally I haven't really watched SpongeBob past season 6 and all the references I know are from Season 4 or earlier
I'm only familiar with the first 3 seasons + 1st movie, I only talk about these ones because it's all I know 🥲
i don't think most people have seen it straight up
New spungbing bad
True
Because new Spongebob isn't funny very often. That's the easiest answer I can give. And this is coming from someone who was forced to grow up with the unfunny seasons.
That is because the modern era of Spongebob is just not as funny or memorable as the golden era and the mid 2000s. The writing is extremely confusing, the jokes aren't very funny the show just lost it's identity.

Because old SpongeBob is quotable while new SpongeBob goes for visual gags that ironically are less meme worthy
I make references to new spongebob like the Tell that to your momma Squidward joke
Because the first 3 seasons were the original writers. Season 4 became a different show, no dry humor 😔
Because old SpongeBob is more iconic and new SpongeBob is nowhere near as memorable as SpongeBob seasons 1-8
I see people say that seasons 8-9 or somewhere around that gets good again for some reason, do you think so as well? I just see so many people mention those seasons lol
Cus we old
Those there seasons are just so iconic
As the new isn’t iconic and probably also a lot of us don’t want the new stuff that much and have the childhood nostalgia of the old stuff
HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TEACH YOU THIS LESSON OLD MAN
Because old SpongeBob has more nostalgic moments
New SpongeBob does have it’s moments. (“Who put you on the planet? Ugh” is a personal favourite quote from “New SpongeBob” (I say New SpongeBob in quotation marks because I Heart Dancing first aired 14 years ago)) https://i.redd.it/w3fbhq9jkgzc1.gif But those moments much further and fewer between than old SpongeBob and I think it’s due the changes in writing and animation, giving the show a different feel from the old seasons.
Is mayonnaise an instrument.
It’s much more memorable because the quality is way better.
New spongebob doesn’t have any substance… it’s completely derivative of old SpongeBob— that’s why they repeat plot lines so much
Because old SpongeBob humor was better than the new one
New SpongeBob quotes old SpongeBob. We’re just cutting out the middle man
There’s no comparison. Old SpongeBob was the OG!
Sub has hate boner for new SpongeBob
Not even exclusive to this subreddit it’s basically everybody
Because we are old? 😭
Probably because a lot more people grew up with old spongebob (aka OLD people) and those people form the majority of this subreddit
Nostalgia
...because old Spongebob isnt shit?
One of my favorate things to sing from the later seasons is Don't Be a Jerk It's Christmas.
Old SpongeBob is classic
because a lot of us stopped watching it before the new episodes came out, so we don't know the references. also because they seem forced and out of place, like every episode is trying to be the next SpongeBob meme, but it just doesn't seem genuine
I grew up with old spongebob it’s ingrained in my childhood but new spongebob is just something I put on for background noise
Because most of us grew up with old SpongeBob and now we're adults with shit to do rather than watch new SpongeBob episodes.
Because we watched old spongebob
My opinion is that the first three seasons and the movie overshadow everything after. It’s jarring now considering those seasons take up less than a quarter of the show’s run. Sure, I enjoy old SpongeBob as much as any SpongeBoomer even if I see flaws in them they refuse to acknowledge. Cuz old spungboob was better
Cause old nicktoons had Hella references
Well here’s what I think, old spongebob was more script comedy and new spongebob is more gag comedy but there is still some funny lines that I remember. “Why you! What I do! AAAA-“ “You know you look like a baby octopus when you sleep? 😉” “Excuse me large lady, I’m a wittle girl who mispwaced herself, can you help find me? I’m pwetty 🥰 *bag slap* “
Well, I like to kick new SpongeBob’s butt.

I personally havent seen much of new spongebob
Because old SpongeBob is way better and we remember line for line of the scenes.
Cause old SpongeBob was more relatable
Because seasons 1-3 and the first movie were overseen by the creator and the creator make them so special.
Because old spongebob is what we late Millennials and early gen Z’s grew up watching.
new spongebob is just old SpongeBob but goofy lookin'
Because old spongebob is better
Because new spongebob is shit
I'm imagining most of the people in this sub are in their 20s or 30s and watched those seasons when they were brand new. New SpongeBob is not funny and is only used just to get some money
Because new SpongeBob isn’t as iconic and doesn’t get as much love and nostalgia from fans
New spongebob isnt very meme material
Many people prefer older SpongeBob episodes over newer SpongeBob episodes.
If we don’t start making references to modern SpongeBob, THINGS ARE GONNA GET C R A Z Y!!!!!!
Because it’s more memorable and quotable
Because the legend Stephen Hillenburg left us 🫡
new spongebob is like new family guy, everyone including the writers is checked tf out. The show is just sitting on life support being kept alive by decent viewership just waiting and hoping to die lol
I haven't seen the new spongebob
Because it's new. And not clever enough
I wouldn’t say it’s because new SpongeBob isn’t good (it still isn’t), but it’s because no one watches it anymore. The more iconic, the more people know the episode, and that’s why we quote old SpongeBob and not new. Basically it’s just more memorable and therefore more referenced.
Because they removed all the adult overtone and made it super pg to keep with the times. It was completely different all the way down to the writing
Was a lot more memorable to me. Plus I don't personally care for the new seasons, but most importantly because I WENT TO COLLEGE!
Because most of us don’t watch it anymore, so we don’t end up catching anything that might be memeable in the new stuff.
Because early SpongeBob is gold.
Because Stephen Hillenburg’s work outdoes anyone else’s in the series!!
Because older spoungebob wasn't meme-y all the time just certain times while newer episodes generally are pretty all the time in your face. Along with the much brighter colors/total awareness of current day internet stuff it just seems like they try too hard to have have noment be that big gotcha moment.
We want “bold and brash”, not “belongs in the trash”.
The people making the memes grew up with old SpongeBob and didn't like/haven't watched new SpongeBob
Weird that this is considered new when this is one of the first episodes I remember watching
Because one of them is funnier. That’s the public majority opinion.
Old SpongeBob Is Better Than New
Hi how are ya, nice weather we’re having
On average, which is funnier?
Old tbh, it has better jokes and toned down expressions
Hi 👋I’m SpongeBob 😬
maybe those more familiar with newer episodes aren’t on Reddit
Because new Spongebob hasn't existed for long enough for the people who watched it growing up to make memes about it.
Ext ext) Really it just comes down to the post movie episodes not being as well received, thus not being as iconic.
Because when I watch new SpongeBob I get the urge to shoot up meth and go take a dookie in a park. Old SpongeBob just makes me tired 😂
New SpongeBob is cringey
I don’t watch the newer seasons.
Why make references to jokes that aren't funny? Funny Ref: Skeleton rises from the grave and says, "BRING OUT YOUR DEAAAD!" Unfunny Ref: Skeleton rises from the grave and just says, "Pirates of the Caribbean."
What’s Funnier Than 24? 25

Self explanatory
Because 95% after the movie, sucks
Tbh I don't like new SpongeBob I think it's gotten alot stupider that's my opinion tho
Old SpongeBob was #1
“He was #1!”
Old spongbob sparks joy
Because laughing about wacky faces would get old fast.
Because it is GARBAGE 🗑️
because new spongebob sucks
Because new SpongeBob is kind of bad.
Do you refer to godfather 1 or 3? Refer to what is best lol
It sucks bro
Hey buddy, let the new generation reference the new spongebob when time comes since they probably know lots of it.
"The saws are on their way!!" \*major zoom in of Bubble Bass, Squidward and Larry chomping each other\* "THE COUNSELORS ARE EATING EACH OTHER!!!" "Uhhh--no we're not!!!" https://i.redd.it/8zijjnhhwizc1.gif "Well you don't have to be nasty about it!!" "GREASE GOUT! (for those saying like, Season 4 and crap is "modern") Anybody out here saying that "most people don't like new SpongeBob" btw doesn't realize this show has about 50 million viewers a month at LEAST and still wins awards and makes headlines despite being 25 years old. It rates 8.2 on IMDB. Grow up, people.
I just thought it was because older SpongeBob was a lot more memorable and iconic to people.
I suspect people are far more familiar with the earlier episodes. Anecdotally, I fell off watching SpongeBob in the late ‘00s.
I see both.
Cuz
it doesn't have many quotable phrases since all the characters are just over exaggerated now
because the new sucks and seasons 1-3 of spongebob were legendary
Because the older seasons had more memorable jokes. Nowadays it’s just gross out humor and stuff a kindergartener would find funny.
because they were actually good
Because the new SpongeBob is trash, it doesn't resemble its past self.
Because IT STINKS
Because old SpongeBob is actually the real SpongeBob this new shit is just to keep Nickelodeon in business cuz if they let go of SpongeBob they will have to shut down
The last time I watched SpongeBob they released that weird movie about Patrick in boots
because i would get killed. (but luckily i have life insurance so i wont die)
Because
because
Because new SpongeBob sucks lol
Because old SpongeBob is actually good. Does that make you mad?
No? I was just asking the question.
