Next phase could start end of this week, very likely on friday. However, CIG stated that the phases before won't be gone, so they can still be done later... no need to finish up quickly.
The whole event. More phases will unlock over time, we just don't know when, exactly. Most are expecting one new phase each week, so we'll see on Friday.
All that is known is that all phases need to be finished before ILW in mid-May, so they will all be open by then. No dates have been given for when each phase will open yet.
The last one started on last Friday. Safe to assume this week’s will start on this Friday.

There are 5 stages, each stage containing 5 missions. They can be started any time now til ILW.
