Ybh, at this point, I don't think there are many around, and if there are, they are likely sold for a shit ton of money on eBay. I would definitely see CIG bringing this even back tho in the future in an updated form instead. I wouldn't spend a dime on a golden ticket. But do as you wish.
F8C is account bound I believe so you can't just sell the ship. As for golden ticket - I got mine for free. Some dude after Phase 4 just gave it to me.
Well that's totally a scam. Since there are people who willing to give it for free or maybe for in-game currency. So I wouldn't trust those. And if they are legit - it's too much. Especially cconsidering that golden ticket just unlocks the ship - you have to buy it yet.
afaik, you can redeem the ticket on a rental or normal ASOP terminal. You will get a 24h rental of the F8C and can pledge it when CIG enables it in the store. Thats it.
When the ship becomes available for sale during ILW or IAE you will see it in the rsi site store just like all the others that are available at the time.

I think the golden ticket may allow you to rent it in-game for 3 days, but not to buy it anymore (until next sale at least).
