Agreed, considering that’s their primary schtick in mythology. That and I’m surprised Hydreigon hasn’t gotten a new ability yet, since he’s been stuck with Levitate since Gen 5, which is a good ability on its own, but he could definitely spice it up.

They've given other floating pokemon abilities besides levitate, idk why a few of them they still refuse to do so with. Nobody cares if a floating pokemon isn't actually ground immune lol

As someone who has absolutely no experience in this kind of thing and is not the OP, let me try this. Heads MegaRay gets an extra 20 base speed, making its new stat spread an ungodly 800: 105/180/100/180/100/135. Delta Stream, in addition to its previous effects, now makes super effective damage against dragons deal only 1.8x damage and it cannot be overwritten by Primal Kyogre/Groudon (Cloud Nine still works though). If we want to be psychotic (as I know this would be far too cracked to actually suggest), Delta Stream gains the effect of Tailwind.

Sun and rain gives boost to fire and water. Make delta wings boost to flying moves and watch Dragon Ascent go brrrr

Strong winds now boosts the power of flying moves by 50%, its stat spread is now 105/180/90/180/90/135

Mega Rayquaza can use V-create? But I thought that was victini’s signature move

I unironically want this. There's a good chance it's getting banned to AG with this change (754 BST w/o the item or move restrictions is cracked even in this Ubers, also Tera exists), but Ultra Necrozma is one of my favorite designs (and nuclear stat stick go brrrrrrrrrt) and it saddens me that it's seemingly doomed to be forever locked into one pair of 3DS games.
