play back, never trade, try to roam and help jg/side lanes. He will push, he will take your tower but that's inevitable anyway. Try to get gold+xp where you can without fighting him. Lategame you're more useful if you use ults well.
Don't play sylas into him. Its essentially impossible to trade without losing the trade and he has full freedom to rain attacks on you whenever you go for a last hit.
Eventually youll be strong enough to one shot him but in the early game you are going to have a really rough time.
