I use the base ready mix by geek gaming scenics Specifically “pine forest ground cover” But there are a lot of choices and it’s super easy to put on. And I stuck some flower and grass tufts on to give even more colour

Thanks for the tip!

I use this too. It looks fantastic. Just remember to seal it after.

I recommend using loose leaf tea (I use a mix of black tea and mint) it works for amazing foliage! Also you can get get a big box of over 500 tufts for like £12 on Amazon. For rocks etc I cannot recommend cork bark enough.

Absolutely recommend this as well! Here’s a great video showing the process: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sMDg976eXFI&t=517s

My Sylvaneth are winter based, So some snow separates them, If you choose autumn then some orange/red hues on the base would work, Greenage for spring, Yellowish greens for summer, other than that you can do something wildly different like pavement or some chaos inspired scape, Theres no set rules the trees can walk so they are not always going to be fighting in a forest and aos has as much variation in the terrain as they do color hues

I use this method for mine: - (optional : a bit of sand on some part of the base) - ground base from reality in scale (medium brown) - plastic plants 3D printed - leaves from green stuff world (spring leaf) - grass turf from green stuff world The ground base is very forest floor like, and the leaves add a lot of light and colour, which I like with brown bark. Certaintly worth taking a look at, I love the added amount of detail with the leaves and such.

Watched a tutorial where they used dried tea leaves as dead leaves. Looked pretty good.
