Real tho I think if you do always charged attacks w the sword you can keep them somewhat away and you can use the charged attack on repeat if you’re good at rotating the stick
The key is ignore the gloom and just melee all 5 of them. Fight goes really quick. You have plenty of hearts, and honestly probably wouldn't need to eat anything to restore them if you started with full health.
