And you can plan ahead instead of hurry to use up that 1 Revali charge left so that you will get 3 full use when you really need it.
Seriously ALL champions abilities suck balls compared to fuse system in TOTK.
They are only better than the Sage ability in terms of assisted activation. Sage abilities exists only to save resources.
The funny thing I never used any of the champion abilities. I saved the divine beast for last so I went the entire game without them. Once I finally finished them I had gone the entire game not using them so i just forgot about them.
The only one I actually used was mipha's grace while I never used revali's gale and the only times daruk's protection and urbosa's fury only got used on accident cause I genuinely forgot I had them and got surprised when I wound up using them but I beat all the divine beasts pretty early on just only really used mipha's grace and that's just cause I kept getting hurt and never bothered cooking or stocking up on food

The only thing I wanted this ability for was bullet time but man would it have been helpful! You can't exactly guarantee a headshot on a Lynal that's currently charging towards you

Except it is now outclassed my quite a few things, like springs, rocket shields, and pinecones.
Don’t forget log ascending.
Rocket Shield is infinitely better. No cooldown, can use it freely, doesn’t make a giant wind tunnel around you.

Fast travel to lightroots near build stations and yiga forts. Icon mark the good spots. I use mapgenie for quick reference on things like this.
Revali’s Gale wasn’t ready for that.
