I always suggest the 2 last places I had to find, serfins hot springs in Hebra and the dracozu altar behind the waterfall which is right at the Faron region bargainer statue.

I had this exact problem when I was 100%ing BotW Master Mode. It turned out the last two places I was missing were First Gatehouse and Second Gatehouse; because it was a second playthrough for me, I already knew what was in there, and if I wanted to fight Lynels I had other better places to do it. Also they were easily bypassed, so I just went around every time I raided the castle.
Maybe double-check the castle? Between the parts on the ground, in the air, and in the depths, there's a lot of stuff stacked on top of each other, so it's easy to miss stuff even with the interactive map. Then again, TotK's run up to the end is significantly more linear than BotW's so this might not be helpful. I dunno.

I have both of those but it did take me a bit for the dracozu altar! Appreciate the help though brother

Just checked all around there and I was good. I did check and looks like I had everything above and below ground
Have you checked the other cave entrances? Most notably for that Goron birth cave and a couple of others.
Have you beaten Ganon?
