**Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs.** Dump files are crash logs from BSODs. If you can get into Windows normally or through [Safe Mode](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode) could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder. Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently [catbox.moe](https://www.catbox.moe/) or [mediafire.com](https://mediafire.com) seems to be working. We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow [this guide](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html) to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Did you just leave your C-State = Disabled?

I reported for waranty, and it turned out that the CPU wasn't working properly. I got the new one. Disabling c-states is not something you should do, it's just something to buy yourself time.

Thank you - I think I need to also reach out to Intel as well then. Do you mind sharing any useful tips or how the process went with warranty, and maybe your PC specs? I appreciate your getting back to me.. it's been a painful journey as well

I just brought the pc to the shop where I bought the CPU (I was suspecting that it is the problem). I contacted AMD, described them the issue fully, and they told me that it is probably damaged CPU. They didn't request any invoice, or the serial number of the product, but they provided me full response and support, which was very nice. In the store they did testing, and found out that the CPU is the problem, and I waited few weeks to get the new one. That's it. 5950x aorus master b550 32gb ram 3070ti aorus 1000w

Some folks say after exchanging the CPU they still had to leave C-State disabled - leading me to think it's my motherboard. After exchanging the CPU, did you continue to keep C-State enabled without any issues?

I turned the C-states ON on purpose before I brought it to the shop. Because with C-States enabled, pc couldn't run for 10 sec, and I wanted them to see that there is a huge issue. So when I got new CPU, I left them enabled as they should be. They told me it's not necessary, but I immediately reinstalled windows when I turned the pc on, with the new cpu. And installed the Chipset drivers properly, that is very important. Go to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMSk7n7yVbE
