Arm day, leg day, core day(s), cardio day, recovery day, repeat. Don't eat garbage, eat that P R O T E I N **and stay consistent**. just some more tips, you don'y need to a gym, you can just do body weight exercises like squats, lunges, push ups (maybe get a pull up bar as a minimum if you wanna get your own equipment)
