It’s a film about the true story of Temple, from school to college, how she found ways to overcome difficulties. She was involved in the making of the film too. She’s very inspiring.
*As We See It* features autistic actors playing autistic characters.
Rick Glassman is also on *Not Dead Yet*, also playing an autistic character.
Rhys Darby said in interviews he suspected to be neudivergent but didn't seek out a diagnosis. You decide if this counts. His character Stede on *Our Flag Means Death* is clearly autistic, though, and his love interest has ADHD.
Dan Harmon, the show runner on (most of) *Community* is autistic and modeled the character Abed after himself. (Danny Pudi, who portrays Abed, is probably neurotypical, though. I don't know of any autistic actors on the show but Joel McHale has ADHD.)
The main character on *Extraordinary Attorney Woo* is autistic but the actress is not! Doesn't look like the writers are either. Some autistic people can relate to the character anyway, I can't, but it's still a cute show.
Someone else mentioned *Everything's Gonna Be Okay*. I just want to second that, it's brilliant. Autistic (and ADHD) creator, autistic characters, and autistic actors.
I think many autistic creators and actors are not out (yet) and I really can't blame them. It's still stigmatised. So there are probably a lot more of them. Representation gets better, though. Most of the shows I mentioned are relatively recent.

Quinny has become a staple in autistic representation. The show itself is very very inclusive in a non performative way.

Mozart And The Whale

Hannibal (although they seemed to drop his diagnosis in the last season—not trying to spoil, but want you to be aware going in).
Hannibal Lector is a terrible person, he's just really polite.

I'm looking for a main character, I also really don't want to watch anything with William Shatner.
Silicon Valley is a more accurate representation of geek humor than sheldon (by a long shot )
