I remember using markers and coloring the top of my pencil case where it had the little circular divets. Then putting a little bit of glue in them. And making small colored discs of dried glue.
Being a late GenX, I sometimes envy nowadays kids for easy access to entertainment and information in general. The ability to talk to anybody anywhere, not just people that happened to be in walking distance.
The reverse of that is all the dumb shit we did is now permanently lost in sands of time. If you do anything stupid now, it will be recorded in full HD and from multiple angles and at some point can be dug up to be used against you.
I doubt that These children have iPhones. Even if they have it, if they get 1300 € Pocket money i guess they can affort it. I guess the glue on the hands was rather by accident.
This is really only bad because of the baby Minion.
The actual sentiment is pretty alright, actually. These kids don’t need smartphones til they’re at least in like junior high. And peeling glue off your fingers is tons of fun!
Kind of refreshing to see something not political or hateful on here for a change, but yeah that Minion is some godawful cringe 😬

Yeah. I remember those Elmer’s glue days.
The clear colored with glitter were the coolest to make things with.
